Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Podhaa apps or websites. By using Podhaa you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Podhaa.

What Podhaa is

Podhaa connects customers with local partner nurseries that sell and deliver plants, pots and garden supplies, and with gardeners who visit to care for plants. Partners are independent businesses and people; Podhaa runs the platform, sets prices shown in the app and handles support.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give true details (name, phone, address).
• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, place fake orders or harm partners or customers.

Orders and delivery

• Plants are living things: size, shape and colour can differ a little from the photos. Some catalog photos are representative images and are marked so.
• Delivery times shown are estimates and can change with traffic, weather or stock.
• Payment is cash on delivery unless the app shows another option. Prices include taxes where shown; a delivery fee may apply and is shown before you order.
• Share the delivery PIN only when you receive your order.
• You can cancel free of charge before the nursery accepts the order. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
• If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Gardening visits and packages

• Visits happen in the time slot you book. Please make sure the gardener can reach the plants.
• You can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the first visit. To move a visit to another time, contact us at least 2 hours before the slot. Package visits not used in the package period cannot be carried forward unless we agree.
• Gardeners give care based on good practice, but we cannot promise that every plant will survive, as plant health also depends on light, water and weather.

Partners

Nurseries and gardeners must give true KYC details, follow the partner instructions in the app, handle customer details only for the job, and hand over cash collected as agreed with Podhaa. Separate partner terms may also apply.

Fair use

Do not misuse the apps: no fake orders or votes, no abuse of partners or customers, no attempts to break, copy or overload the service.

Liability

Podhaa is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order or visit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
